In Ireland: victoriamilan.ie redirects to the main site, which has an 'English (Ireland)' version with its own EU terms and help centre, and the iPhone app has an Irish App Store listing with prices in euro.
Our take
Victoria Milan is a discreet dating site for attached people. Its EU terms name the operator as Nextlove Limited in Malta, with website and Android payments collected by Neon Media Lab Kft. in Budapest; the iPhone app is run by Star Media Labs AS in Oslo, which takes payments made in that app. Joining is free; reading and sending messages needs Premium. The help centre lists Premium for 3, 6 or 12 months and Premium Plus for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
The terms deserve a careful read. They say computer-generated 'Virtual Hottie' profiles are created for marketing and entertainment, marked with a tag, and that their messages are computer-generated. They also set notice periods for cancelling that are longer than most sites use.
Renewal is automatic at the full, undiscounted price, even if you joined on an offer. The Irish App Store listing shows Premium memberships and credit packs in euro.

Most likely the notice period. The terms say notice must reach them 14 days before the end of a 1 or 3 month plan, or 28 days before a 6 or 12 month plan, otherwise they can charge the next period.
Does deactivating my Victoria Milan profile stop the payments?
No. The help centre says the Premium membership must be cancelled before you can deactivate, and deactivating doesn't change what you already owe. Cancel in Settings, My membership.
