In Ireland: Its app has an official Irish App Store listing with membership prices in euro, and its terms name a Dutch company, SDC Ventures LTD, for all members outside the US.
Our take
SDC is a large community for swingers, open couples and singles in the lifestyle. Beyond profiles and messaging, it carries party and club listings, groups and guides, so it works as much as a lifestyle hub as a dating site. For members outside the US, its terms name SDC Ventures LTD in Brielle, the Netherlands.
Joining is free. The Irish App Store listing shows memberships of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months in euro, with different prices for men and for couples or women, and mentions a 3-day trial with full app access. The terms say recurring billing is switched on by default and plans renew automatically.
The terms are firm about money: no refunds for overpayment caused by not cancelling in time. Cancel well before your renewal date.

Leaving SDC
SDC's terms say recurring billing is switched on by default and it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time in Account information on the site. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cooling-off and refunds: We found no 14-day right of withdrawal in SDC's terms, which say no refunds are given for overpayment caused by not cancelling in time. Note too that SDC's Irish App Store listing says the provider has not identified itself as a trader, and Apple's notice there says EEA consumer rights then do not apply to agreements between you and the provider.

How much does SDC cost in Ireland?
On the Irish App Store, a 1 month membership is €39.99 for men and €32.99 for couples or women, and a year is €199.99 or €164.99. Website prices may differ, so check before paying.
Does deleting the SDC app cancel my membership?
No. Removing the app does not stop billing. Cancel in Account information on the website, or in Apple or Google subscriptions if you paid through a store.
How long does SDC keep my data after I delete my account?
The privacy policy says complete data deletion happens after 7 days, and you can request deletion by email to helpdesk@sdc.com or through the GDPR form on the site.
