How to cancel Victoria Milan
Victoria Milan's EU terms say you can cancel online in your profile settings, via the 'My membership' page. The catch is timing: notice must reach them 14 days before the end of a 1 or 3 month plan, and 28 days before the end of a 6 or 12 month plan, or the next period can be charged.

- Find out how you pay: directly on the site, or through Apple or Google Play. The route to cancel is different.
- Note the renewal date in your account and cancel before it.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot, and check your bank statement after the next cycle.
Step by step

Check your renewal date and notice period
Find your plan length and end date. Cancel at least 14 days before the end of a 1 or 3 month plan, or 28 days before the end of a 6 or 12 month plan, unless a different period was shown when you bought.

Log in and open Settings
On the website, click 'Settings' in the menu on the left of your profile.

Go to My membership and cancel
Open 'My membership' and follow the instructions to cancel the automatic renewal. Your Premium access runs until the end of the period already paid.

Trials: contact support
The terms say a 48-hour trial renews into a 6 month Premium membership and a 1 month trial into a 1 month membership, and that to stop a trial renewing you contact the support team. Email support@victoriamilan.com before the trial ends.

Keep proof and check your statement
Save the confirmation or a dated screenshot, then check your bank statement at the renewal date. The terms also accept a signed cancellation sent from your registered email to support@victoriamilan.com, giving your full name, country site and email in block capitals.
Paid through Apple or Google?
The terms say purchases made in the iOS or Android app must be cancelled with the Apple App Store or Google Play. The help centre gives the iPhone route: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, then Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel.

Cooling-off period and refunds
Victoria Milan's EU terms describe a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Hungarian law, with a proportional payment if the service has started, and exceptions for services and digital content. Its help centre adds that by buying Premium you acknowledge that you waived this right, as stated at checkout, and the terms say fees are not refundable unless the law requires it.

Deleting your profile vs stopping payments
Victoria Milan's help centre says your Premium membership must be cancelled before you can deactivate your profile, and that deactivating does not change what you already owe. Cancel the membership in Settings, My membership first, then deactivate.
If it still charges you
Contact Victoria Milan's support with your confirmation and the date you cancelled. If you paid by card and can't get a response, talk to your bank or card provider about the payment. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, ask them for help from your purchase history.
